Kitesurfari SXM: the little story The kitesurfing pirates of the Caribbean…
Kitesurfari Sxm has undertaken many changes over the past years.
Initially born in St Martin/ St Maarten (aka SXM) in 2008*, Kitesurfari Sxm was operating kitesurfing charters, until it became the first network gathering all the kitesurfing cruises providers in the Caribbean in 2010 ** .
Its goal was to ease the getting in touch process between riders and skippers specialized in kitesurfing cruises, as well as better respond to their needs.
I put a huge effort in creating a very effective search engine -allowing kitesurfers to find their desired cruise in a click- but more
 than a powerful tool for all kitesurfers willing to go on an exploration, what really stood out through the website was the incredible network it created between people sharing the same passions.*** I’ve met all the actors of this website, most of them have become friends.
Some new people joined the network since it got created, and what quickly stood out after a few months of Team work was the hard core– the roots crew, the one’s who
 could tell you stories about 2 lines kites, handle their boat on their own and had gone to look for that special spot way before anyone else did. Kitesurfari Sxm has become a network of people who just love "being out there": kitesurfers, surfers, sailors, adventurers who can't imagine life anywhere else than at sea, and find as much pleasure in riding than fishing, watching the underwater world or a sunset.
This is all about the lifestyle and sharing it.  I am grateful for all the people I’ve met since I started this adventure: my partners in this network as well as all the riders I met along the journey.
It’s been so much fun I can only hope I’m going to live like this for ever.
